Columbus Integrative Family Medicine Center: a health care team working together to provide quality care.

In our office we have a physician and nurse practitioner available to provide our services related to health care. This includes primary care, routine physicals, symptom evaluation and treatment, disease management, wellness and prevention, and guided use of herbs, vitamins, supplements, and essential oils.

On our team we also have Medical Assistants to facilitate patient care support for our providers and provide health care services such as history and medication review, vital signs, lab draws, and other tasks.

Our business assistant is available to help with scheduling, registration, assist with questions related to our office, and many other administrative duties. Information on our massage therapist will be available soon.

Dr. Ruslana Kurpita, Medical Director, MD, DABHM

My practice incorporates traditional medicine, preventive care, nutrition, supplements, vitamins and herbal medicine. I joined the OSU Center for Integrative Medicine after completing my residency in Family Medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in 2008. Held the position of Medical Director at the OSU Integrative Medicine Clinic from 2013-2016. In addition, I studied at the China Medical University of Taiwan in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where I focused on herbal medicine.

A little about me

Adrienne Raimo, is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and the Owner and Founder of One Bite Wellness, a nutrition consulting company. She has received additional certification from Cornell University’s Plant-Based Nutrition Course, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and Columbia University Teacher’s College. As a business owner and nutrition consultant, she offers individual health consultations, cooking classes, group sessions, and presentations to companies and the medical community.

Adrienne’s professional background includes assisting individuals with a wide range of health issues (endocrine, neurological, and digestive), by offering nutrition education and extensive support. Her focus is on plant-based, whole foods diet as being the foundation of good health.
